GigaWave Technologies Training Class Cancellation Policy

1. >> | A company or individual may cancel a GigaWave Technologies or Vendor Partnership class without penalty by giving GigaWave Technologies written notice at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class.

2. >> | If a company or individual cancels a specific course without at least 10 business days notice prior to the starting date of the class, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. Please fax cancellations to 210-375-8382.

3. >> | A company or individual may reschedule a GigaWave Technologies or Vendor Partnership class without penalty by giving GigaWave Technologies written notice at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class. Please fax reschedules to 210-375-8382.

4. >> | If a company or individual does not attend (no shows) a class, the company or individual will be assessed 100% "no show" fee.
|
|
5. >> | GigaWave Technologies reserves the right to cancel class at any time. If this happens, GigaWave Technologies will refund the course fee in full. GigaWave Technologies liability is limited to the course fee only. GigaWave Technologies cannot be held liable for other related expenses, i.e., airfare, airline penalties, lodging, etc.
