GigaWave Technologies Offers Updated Cisco Wireless LAN Specialist Certification Training

New Class Prepares IT Professionals For Three Leading Certifications

LAS VEGAS, NV, May 11, 2004 - GigaWave Technologies, an authorized Cisco Learning Partner, is now delivering the newly updated Cisco wireless LAN version 4.0 certification training, required to obtain the Wireless Cisco Qualified Specialist (CQS) certification. The new courseware enables IT professionals to obtain the updated CQS, the vendor neutral Certified Wireless Network Administrator wireless certification (CWNA) and renews an existing associate level certification on an existing CCNA or CCDA.

GigaWave Technologies develops and delivers Cisco Aironet wireless LAN curriculum. The updated exams and certifications represent Cisco's continuing efforts to ensure that certification exams validate the most current industry knowledge.

The updated Cisco Wireless LAN Design Specialist and Cisco Wireless LAN Support Specialist now feature the 802.11g international WLAN standard, WLAN topologies for 802.11a/b/g WLAN networks, Cisco Wireless LAN Security Suite, and Cisco Structured Wireless-Aware Network (SWAN). The updated exams include questions on the new content.
